What does "turnkey" actually mean — what's included and what's not?
Our turnkey full home interior scope includes: design and 3D visualisation, civil and structural work, full electrical rewiring, plumbing, modular carpentry (wardrobes, kitchen, all storage units), false ceilings, flooring and tiling, painting and wall treatments, doors and hardware, lighting design and installation, and final styling with soft furnishings. What is not included unless specifically contracted: furniture purchased from external vendors (sofas, beds, dining tables), large appliances, and AC units — though we coordinate their installation. Everything in our scope comes with a fixed price and a 5-year warranty on execution.
Do you use your own team or subcontractors for site execution?
We use our own in-house supervised team for all site execution — civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. We do not subcontract to unknown third-party contractors, which is the primary reason we can offer a genuine 5-year execution warranty. Subcontracting is the single biggest source of quality inconsistency and budget overruns in the Mumbai interior market. Our own team has been trained to our standards and is directly accountable to Bhavna Gangani on every project.
Can I see the design and materials before approving and before any money is spent on site?
Yes — completely. Our design process is built to front-load all decisions before site work begins. You receive full 3D renders of every room, floor plans and elevations, material sample boards with physical swatches (not just digital references), hardware and fitting selections, and a detailed room-by-room BOQ with fixed pricing. You review, request changes, and give your final approval before a single wall is touched. This is how we prevent mid-project design regret and ensure zero surprises during execution.
What happens if the actual cost exceeds the quoted price?
The price we quote is the price you pay — for everything within the agreed scope. Cost overruns due to our execution inefficiencies, material wastage, or labour costs are absorbed by us. The only scenario where the contract value changes is if you make a significant scope addition after signing — for example, adding a room, changing an approved material to a significantly more expensive alternative, or expanding structural work beyond what was initially surveyed. Any such change is costed transparently, agreed in writing, and added as a formal amendment — never quietly added to the final invoice.
